Buying Gift Cards

Buying gift cards is simple with SaveYa! Browse our current inventory under "Buy Gift Cards" or search for a specific merchant using the search box on the top of our site. Add the cards you wish to buy to your cart. Click "Checkout” to complete your order.

Your order is very important to us. We pride ourselves on a quick turn-around and your orders are generally processed within 2 business days* of receipt.

  • Egift codes are available within minutes of your order approval
  • Printable codes are available within minutes of your order approval
  • Plastic Gift Cards will be shipped via USPS First Class. You should receive your gift card by mail in 3-14 business days. If you are purchasing multiple gift cards within one order, your gift cards may arrive at separate times depending on the seller.

* Please note, business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Additionally, we review all orders for potential credit card fraud. If we find irregularities with a purchase, for your protection, we will contact you to verify and confirm your order. We will NOT process or ship orders that require additional verification before confirmation is received from the credit card holder.

Yes! If you would like to buy gift cards in bulk, we'd love to talk with you about participating in our bulk program. Please call us at (800) 543-7927 (option 5).

Though we do verify the balances of our gift cards and diligently screen our gift card sources, there is some risk and the possibility of volatility in the secondary gift card marketplace. Because of this, we suggest that you redeem your gift card within 90 days, during which all of our plastic gift cards are backed by a 90-day guarantee. If there is an issue, please let us know via the "Contact us" button for the order of your affected gift card on your Gift Card Purchases page.

Selling Gift Cards

There are two ways to sell your gift cards with SaveYa.

  1. List Your Gift Card: You set and manage the selling price for your gift card. Please note that your listing price must be equal or lower than the current balance of your gift card.
    SaveYa charges a small listing fee for each sold card.
  2. Sell it Now: Sell your gift card to SaveYa.
    SaveYa acquisition prices change multiple times each day.

Selling is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the merchant you wish to sell a gift card for.
  2. Enter the current verified balance of the gift card.
  3. Choose your preferred selling method.
    If you select List option, set your sale listing price (please note, not all merchants are enabled for Listings).
    If you choose the Sell it Now option, SaveYa will make an offer to purchase your card.
  4. Enter your gift card details.
  5. Choose your preferred payment option.
    This may require payment verification in your account profile.

Listings: For listing a gift card, you can list gift cards in the amount of $5.00-$1000.00.

Sell it Now: We will acquire gift cards in the amount of $20.00 - $300.00.

We have an extensive list of merchants which we accept. Please check our accepted merchants list.

Listings: It is always FREE to list your gift cards for sale for applicable merchants. SaveYa will take a small commission of up to 14% of the selling price when the card is sold. For plastic gift cards, the greater of $1.00 or1% of the value will also be deducted from the payout. Electronic Gift Cards have no additional shipping fees.

Sell it Now: Our rates are variable based on the going rates in the market. Some of the rates are as high as 92%. We recommend that you enter your gift cards into our Sell process to see the daily rates, as they change frequently.

Yes, you can ONLY adjust the sell price of listed gift card until the gift card is sold. To monitor or change your listed gift card price, please visit My Listings.

Yes! If you want to sell cards worth more than $500 per week, please apply for bulk seller program by using the Bulk Application. An account manager will be in touch with you after reviewing your application.

Sellers agree upon submission that their information is true and accurate and they are responsible for gift cards that result in a zero balance.

Listings: You may request settlement for a gift card after the gift card listing has sold. You will receive an email alert when your gift card listings are sold. For plastic gift cards, the shipment and delivery must be confirmed by USPS and SaveYa before the payment is ready for settlement. Settlements may take up to 1 day to initiate after it is requested. See "How soon will I get paid?" for estimated settlement times for each payment method. Go to My Listings to see your listings status and request settlements.

Sell it Now: For gift cards sold as part of our Sell it Now process, we will begin triggering a payment to be made within 1 business day of acquiring your gift card. All payments will be sent via the payout method configured in your account.

As a first time seller you will receive your payment for completed gift card transactions by check until successfully completing a probationary period of 60 days from the first paid transaction. The check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of transaction creation. (excludes Bulk Sellers)

After a successful probation period has been completed, the available payment options for sellers are:

  • Check
  • Paypal (sellers are responsible for any associated PayPal fees**)

The bulk seller payment options are:

  • Check
  • ACH
  • Paypal (sellers are responsible for any associated PayPal fees**)

** Please note, sellers are responsible for any associated PayPal fees - 2.9% + $0.30.

Listings: Once the listed gift card has been sold, you will be notified via email that you can log into your account to requests payment. For plastic gift cards, the shipment and delivery must be confirmed by USPS and SaveYa before the payment is ready for settlement. Once the funds have been requested, the process may take 2-3 business days to deliver funds to your account via your selected payment method. To check your pending withdraws, please visit My Listings. Seller must comply with all of the shipping requirements required by SaveYa. Sellers are liable for any lost, damaged, or destroyed cards. If you choose not to use the provided label, we will not be able to assist you with any shipping issues you may experience, and it may delay or prevent timely payout

Sell it Now: Once the gift card is verified and the purchase order is approved, we will initiate payment within 1 business day.

Once the gift card is verified, the delivery time varies based on payment option:

  • PayPal – Instant Payment
  • ACH – You will receive your payment in 3-5 business days.
  • Check – You will receive your payment in 7-10 business days.

Gift cards and gift codes are declined for the following reasons:

  • Gift card or code details entered incorrectly
  • Balance less than $20 or more than $300 for Sell it Now
  • Balance more than $1,000 for Listings
  • Pending expiration date on code or card
  • Sale would exceed the limit of no more than $500 in a week

A Seller may request a selling limit increase through our Bulk Seller Program.

Yes, we accept merchandise credits.

We require a credit card entry when selling gift cards in the event the gift cards' funds are depleted. This allows us to charge your credit card to recoup what we paid you for the gift cards. In addition, when funds are depleted, we also charge a service fee to cover our processing costs.

There is a small authorization added to your credit card to validate it prior to each acquisition completion. This authorization is a part of the Terms of Use you are required to agree to prior to submitting the each sale of your gift card(s). The nominal authorization will be reversed from your credit card within 3 to 5 business days.

Listings: For plastic gift card, Seller must ship a gift card within 2 business days after the gift card is sold. Please print the prepaid USPS shipping label and paste on the standard envelope. If for any reason you are unable to ship your gift cards within specified time, please contact us. Electronic gift card gets delivered automatically to buyer's account with NO shipping fees.

Promotional (Promo) Codes

A promo code is a code that SaveYa offers to customers for special discounts. The code is entered in the box marked 'Promo Code' in either the Buy or Sell shopping cart (depending on the type of promo).

SaveYa periodically sends special offers to customers who have signed up to receive emails (You can sign up here if you haven't signed up already.)

It is easy:

  1. Enter into the SaveYa Buy or Sell shopping cart (depending on the type of promo)
  2. Enter your code in a box marked 'Promo Code' and click 'Apply.'
  3. If valid, the promo code discount will be applied to your order.

Yes, every promo code has an expiration date. See the specific offer for the promo code good through date. SaveYa, LLC reserves the right to suspend acceptance of any promo code, at any time, without reason.

No, you can only use one promo code per order.

Yes, you can change your listing price without affecting the promotional discount. The promotional discount will be applied to the new list price. To manage your listing, please click here.

Refunds

We guarantee plastic gift cards up to 90 days. We do verify that the full balances of your egift codes or printable gift codes are intact prior to delivering them, but once they are delivered, we cannot offer a guarantee or a refund.

SaveYa only issues refunds for issues with gift cards. We don't issue refunds for buyer's remorse or a misunderstanding of the card/payment type.

After a refund request is submitted and the physical gift cards have been received at our fulfillment center, please allow 7-15 business days for our team to review and process your request.

Shipping

Your cards should arrive within 3-14 business days. If you are purchasing multiple gift cards within one order, your gift cards may arrive at separate times depending on the seller and card.

We mail plastic cards via USPS.

* Please note you may send up to 4 gift cards in a single envelope. Sellers are liable for any lost, damaged, or destroyed cards. If you choose not to use the provided label, we will not be able to assist you with any shipping issues you may experience.

Orders for plastic gift cards and check payments for purchase orders are mailed to the billing address linked to your SaveYa account. We do not ship to alternate shipping addresses for security purposes.

About our Cards

Plastic gift cards are physical cards which are sent via mail.

Please note that we don't issue refund on plastic cards once they are mailed, unless there is an issue with the gift cards.

Electronic codes are sent to you via email. You will receive a card number and PIN.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for electronic codes once you have claimed them, unless there is an issue with the codes.

Printable gift cards are sent to you via email. Printable cards can be printed for in–store use like physical cards. Printable cards can also be used online.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for printable cards once you have claimed them, unless there is an issue with the cards.

Gift card usage is governed by the merchant's Terms and Conditions. Our displayed "Type" for a merchant indicates the redemption methods that are available for your gift card. Please refer to the merchant's gift card usage policies if you encounter any issues using the gift card.

Verification Process

To protect our customers and our business, we review all orders for potential credit card fraud. If we find irregularities with a purchase, we will contact you to verify and confirm your order. We will NOT process or ship orders that require additional verification before confirmation is received from the credit card holder.

Cancellation/Rejection

Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation or refund. You can request your order be considered for cancellation by calling our Customer Support line, or via your account's Gift Card Purchases page.

Orders are rejected for various reasons. If you have questions about why your order was cancelled, please contact us at 1-800-543-7927 or Create a Support Ticket.

Account Management

To create an account, click on "Sign Up" at the top right corner of our site to fill out the sign up form. Once you enter your information and create a username and password, you will be logged in.

In order to complete a purchase with us, we require you to create an account to provide you with a secure place to store order, payment, and contact information.

To reset your password, click "Log In" in the top right corner of our site. Click on "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send." An email will be sent out to that email address with further instructions.

Preferred Pricing

Preferred Pricing is a program exclusive to active SaveYa Bulk Sellers.

The program is designed to help Bulk Sellers earn higher payout rates based on volume of sales on our accepted Merchant Gift Cards.

SaveYa reserves the right to suspend Seller Preferred Payout Rates and/or a Seller's accounts at its discretion.

Qualifying for Preferred Pricing is simple!

  • Sell us a minimum volume of 100 gift cards OR a settled amount of $1,250.00* per week
  • Keep the fraud rate low

* Should be in denominations of under $500.00 each

Purchase Orders may be rejected for any reason, with no obligation by SaveYa to pay preferred rates.

Yes. Preferred Pricing updates weekly. To ensure your eligibility, you must meet the program's minimum qualifications. You can check your current status in My Account.

We reserve the right to suspend acceptance of a merchant based on supply and demand or other factors at our discretion. Rates will be restored if the merchant is reactivated within the same week.
